Happy 100th Birthday my beloved J.Paul! I am so grateful that my time at Cultural Affairs provided me the opportunity to meet and know you, but beyond this, was the privilege of having you by my side for all those years and giving me the honor of calling you my special friend. You were always a strong support for me and never stopped your dedicated leadership in advocating for the arts and culture of our state. You are an amazing individual with a ray of light around you. You are deeply loved and appreciated by so many that you have touched. You live a life of exemplary service, compassion, kindness and respect. It is a life of true inspiration.
