Dear Representative Taylor,
It has been my pleasure to know and work with you. Ever since I met you as I testified before you in the legislature as a CYFD employee, I knew that I was speaking with an honest and decent man whose only interest was others, especially our children and youth. Your passion, dedication, integrity and dignity have been inspirational to me and I know many others.
Becky and I have enjoyed our visits with you in your beautiful and historic home. You have always been so gracious. Our grandchildren remember you and your hospitality as well.
Thank you for all that you have done for children, youth and families in New Mexico and for leaving us a legacy that we look upon fondly. And thank you for being my friend.
