Thank you for opening your home and inviting the public to a celebration of Professor Kenneth Barrick’s art and life. Kenneth Barrick challenged us, and taught us to draw and paint with excellence, so it was really wonderful to get to know more about his paintings, your lifelong friendship with him, and your combined advocacy for the people and history of the Mesilla Valley.
Thank you, also, for attending the Quesenberry Art Fair in 2016, for sharing some of your wisdom, and for adding “Reflected Glory” to your collection. Your gentle and friendly leadership has set the tone for a welcoming and supportive Art community here in Las Cruces and Old Mesilla.
