My husband Robert and I moved to Las Cruces a few years ago. We have restored a few historic properties here in Las Cruces and have fallen in love with this area, its rich culture, its mountains, but above all, its people.
We met you shortly after we moved here and learned of your love for this community through our friend Irene Oliver-Lewis and from reading and hearing about the work you’ve done and the legacy you’ve created. You are truly a reflection of the best that people in Las Cruces, Mesilla and surrounding areas have to offer.
We feel honored to have met you and we thank you for the example you have set for those of us who are new to this area as well as for long-time residents – you’re a tough act to follow!
